In 2015, only 30% of Telekom clients had their electronic bill activated, a service launched 7 years before.
With 70% so resilient to change, our challenge wasn’t easy. We wondered: what if the paper bill could choose its own destiny?
Would it still be just a paper bill?
So we launched “The last paper bill”- a campaign which invited Telekom clients to give a new life to the paper bill, to transform it into an origami bird by activating the electronic bill.
